Yay, did my stupid eom. In like less than an hour. Because I only did it out obligations, just to like show her something... so she doesn't go around chasing me for my work. Nope, I don't really like the new PW teacher. She always look as if she smelled something bad... with her face all scrunched up. Blah.

There was supposed to be the choir workshop at 5 plus today. And maths tutorial was pushed forward to Tuesday because the H1 MT people had their listening comprehensions. So I basically had nothing to do from 12.45 to 5.30. Sharon was in the same situation too, but only because she willing wanted to stay behind. At first it was for NDP thing, but she changed her mind in the end. And we finished the stupid econs essay outline, basically just copying from the notes. >.>

But the choir practice was postponed to next week, yay! So decided to go with Min Jie, Sherilyn and Sharon to Orchard. Anyway, cutting the rest of irrelevant details where we crapped and window shopped around, because the nice things are usually NOT on discount.

We spent most of the time at Borders, I think. I wanted to get this Scott Cunningham book on Magical Aromatherapy which was only $11. But the stupid cover was torn! Blah. I could have gotten other books by Cunningham, but they were pricier and I was sort of broke... T_T Used the Borders Gift Card that Zhan Yu gave me (apparently there was $20 in the card) and bought a fantasy book, Hunter's Moon by David Devereux. And Min Jie had a Borders Priviledge Card so next time I can just borrow the card from her. XD That girl spent nearly a hundred bucks on her books. Scary. It'll be tough carrying them home, and that would have put me off buying the books until a further date.

Sneha was tremendously funny this morning, when we were discussing on what to write on Mr Chu and Mr Teo's Thank You cards. She was giving weird comments and generally just being amusing. Maybe it's the fact that the teachers are leaving that's making her high? Lol. Okay, the teachers weren't that bad. And I swear that that girl just has a fetish for pens. Which is so wrong. Lol, as Sofia and I pointed out. Cos we are lit students and can see beyond the literal. :D Yeah right, we were just being teenage girls. Haha.

PS: the word bouncy just sounds wrong. I don't care what you say. Lol.

Had a weird dream last night...

I dreamt about a huge polar bear living on this piece of ice in which he could easily steer with grace, and a tail lamp to show his way. The scene opened with him swiping his huge claws at some seals/walruses trying to sneak onto his territory. And then, enraged, he began to move his ship-that-was-made-of-ice towards someplace else. And there was a tiny polar bear cub beneath his piece of ice hunting for fish which could be seen as he sped them away almost wobbily as the ice was not very strong.

So due to some turn of event that wasn't mentioned in my dream, the polar bear reached civilization in which the people were basically very obedient and spent large amount of their time chanting something. Like monks or what have you.

Then apparently, it was found out that the polar beat was actually a man before, but was cursed to become a polar bear until he meets his true love or some shit. And the polar bear cub that he has wasn't his, but he picked him up out of pity. I have no reason why my brain needed to supply me with such information.

But before I could reach the stunning conclusion to the polar bear mystery, I was interrupted by my mother was talking away on the phone.... damn. Can I continue this dream tonight?

TPW today was a ridiculous waste of time. Yeah, we basically didn't do anything, though I ended up half way through Lilith Saintcrow's The Devil's Right Hand. Lol, spot the innuendo? In which there was a lot of fluff scenes and barely any action. At least it's not as bad as Laurell K. Hamilton's Anita Blake.

Then there was this long talk on team dynamics and stuff like that... yeah, the speaker was entertaining, but there were so parts that annoyed me. But he finally let us off at about 12:30. Finally.

Had a meet up at RP, in which I thought I didn't know how to go, but actually I did. Because apparently I'm bad at visualizing things, so I can't draw up a map of how to get there, but I know how to walk once I'm there and seeing the landscape. Well, this only applies to places where I have been to, of course.

Then went back home and watched two episodes of Monochrome Factor, eating a burnt lunch. Cos I forgot my bread was in the oven, being toasted when I was reading some book., and it burned.

Piano was pretty alright today, I think I'm gradually doing better at sight reading, though my pieces still suck. I can't bloody follow the goddamn metronome.

Then met up with Kim and Faza to go back to KSS for CFN. It was fun, meeting up with everyone. I talked to a few teachers, nothing much, since I don't really hang out with the teachers... but the mass dance was fun, even though there were a lot of people crowding around me, most of them are my friends, so it wasn't that bad. And to think that we used to not like folk dance back in sec1.

Oh and I collected my testi, everyone's (or at least people from 4D) seemed to be almost about the same... which goes to show that it was probably Shasi who wrote it... blah.

Anyway, after CFN, Faza, Amirah, Navin and I had supper at Limbang's Mac, where we basically talked a whole bunch of crap which I'm prone to when hanging out with Faza. Haha.

Crashed home at about 11, so tired... but in a good way. :

I was late for practice again. Blah. I think the trains move slowly on weekends as compared to weekdays because I usually can reach school in less than half an hour normally, yet take half an hour plus on weekends. Or that's just how I feel. Anyway, after all the warm ups and mundane stuff, we were moved to the basketball courts to practice our choreography. And we stayed there for like until 12 plus. Or later and I was terribly cooked under the scorching merciless sun.

The food was pretty decent, very palatable and generous enough, though I mourn the lack of vegetables. I'm not much of a carnivore, I guess. then after that, the guys decided that to facilitate choir members' bonding, a game of captain's ball was required. And because I'm pretty much satisfied the way my face looks like currently, I refuse to enter the fray and jostle with the others over a mere ball. Also, note the fact that the sun was damn hot. And I was already quite red from the morning activities. Yeah, so sort of slacked at the sidelines, pretending to be involved. That's one thing I'm damn good at, if I may say so myself.

Elections was... ordinary, you know, the boring required speeches, awkward mumbles from the nominees, trying to answer questions posted by us, we making life difficult for them by asking obscure questions. I don't know. Some of them were quite interesting, though my attention span sort of wandered as usual. Entertained myself with my lovely harem of boys. I'm still debating over the native american setting for my next project. Considering that Rae isn't cooperating, and that I'm sort of scared at the direction Julien and Bastien are moving towards... I think ignoring the main characters from my harem would be the easier thing to do. Anyway, I ramble.

The most most most exciting part of the day has got to be the nightwalk. And I think I sort of sound quite idiotic, I mean, best part of the day, due to the nightwalk? Right.

They made us sit in LT 4 for like half an hour, doing the routine stuff, like attendance taking, the prerequistes of scaring us first with suitable ghost stories and all that. Then we set off for the nightwalk in groups of 4. I was with Sherilyn, Cheryl and Andreas. Who... seemed more frightened then me, at least outwardly, hence I think I became the impromptu leader or something.

Anyway, yes, I was scared, yes, I did scream. Quite a lot, enough that I found my throat a little scratchy and weird after the whole thing. And there were several scary stations, though the whole thing sort of got pretty much repetitive after some time. They keep making us go into the toilets, and used the same tactics to scare us. Pounding on the cubicles' doors, flushing the toilet repeatedly and smearing fake blood on the mirrors and basins.

I was sort of afraid to go home after that, but luckily, there were plenty of people on the train. I think I've never been so glad to see a crowd than then.
